The Spring Training Experience
Spring Training offers training programs designed to meet your movement needs. Our methods of training use the teachings of Joseph Pilates, the technology of the Gyrotonic Expansion System®, and the latest re-education techniques including neuromuscular release, kinesiology, alignment and more.
At SPRING TRAINING we teach you how to move properly by correcting muscular imbalances and weaknesses. We focus on controlled and detailed movement so you can enhance any athletic endeavor from rock climbing and running to golf, tennis and even walking.
Our dedicated staff at SPRING TRAINING has an extensive knowledge base and understanding of sport and dance conditioning, orthopedics and the science of movement to provide you with a comprehensive and thorough training program. We work with you hand in hand to develop your individualized program that best suits your unique goals. GYROTONIC®
Discover The Art of Exercising and Beyond. The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a method of movement derived from Kundalini Yoga, dance, swimming and gymnastics. This complete system of movement originates from the spine and follows the natural energy lines in the body to build internal and external strength. The exercises are performed in undulating, spiral and circular movements that help to release stiffness and increases range of motion in the joints while strengthening musculature and ligament connections.

Gyrotonic exercises for Golfers is a remarkable training system that increases your rotation, joint mobilization, strength, and flexibility needed to enhance every aspect of your game.
Gyrotonic exercises for golfers will restore and improve your body alignment which is the basis for improving your functional strength, flexibility and endurance. Your alignment is the basis for speed, distance and accuracy of your golf swing. Improve your alignment a speed, distance and accuracy will improve too.
At Spring Training we focus on improving your golf swing through Gyrotonic exercises that directly imitate what a golfer must do to improve the address position, hip turn, and shoulder turn in the golf swing. We teach you strategies to access your inner core muscles and steps to get you out of pain and keep you there. You will also learn a 15-minute pre-game warm-up, giving you an extra edge on the course.
